Waterfront House in Rose, Lustica

This waterfront house is located in the village of Rose, in Lustica, has private access to the beach and boat dock. If looking for complete isolation and a peaceful holiday this is the house for you. A large cascading garden, rich in Mediterranean vegetation leads you to your private gate to the waterfront. There you will find a big gravel beach as well as a concrete dock perfect for tying up a boat. Since the waterfront is used only by few surrounding houses you can expect to be alone there for most of the year. The side gate of the garden leads you to a trail that goes to the center of Rose. The plot is 347m2 in size.

The house spreads over 3 floors with ample storage around. The first floor used to be a kitchen and living area which exits to the large covered terrace. The terrace here is large enough to house a dining table as well as a lounge area or sunbeds.  The space for a barbeque is adequate too.

Furthermore, with the internal staircase, you step up to the second floor which features 3 bedrooms and a bathroom as well. The terrace here gives a phenomenal view of Herceg Novi Bay. This terrace is open-roof!

The third floor has a separate entrance with a back terrace. On this floor, you find 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. Having a separate entrance, this floor can be used as a guest apartment as well.
